Cesar Jaime is a founding member and Artistic Advisor of The HOME Theater. He is an actor/comedian with a strong focus and dedication to the art of Long-Form Improvisation. He has performed and taught all around Chicago for over 25 years, most notably with The Second City and the iO Theater. He spent over 20 years at iO teaching, performing, helping run the Training Center, and as part of the theater’s Artistic Direction department.
He is the founding member of FELT, the world’s longest running improvised puppet show, and the critically acclaimed Spanish-language improvised group, HERALDO.
He’s had the honor of studying under some of the most influential teachers in the field of Improvisation, most notably two of the people who influenced him the most, Martin De Maat and Del Close.
You can currently catch Cesar on the NBC drama, Chicago Med, where he has been a cast member for the past 9 seasons.
