Marla Caceres has performed and taught improvisation and sketch for over 20 years. She’s taught at the iO and Second City Training Centers, coached Harold teams for iO and the HOME, and worked as a writer of funny videos for The Onion.
She’s directed sketch and improv shows for Second City, including assistant directing Mainstage and ETC revues, and has performed all over the city, from the long-running Whirled News Tonight at iO, to the acclaimed She The People at Second City, to the all-Spanish “Heraldo” at the HOME.
Marla loves teaching group work, character and scene work, and no one makes her laugh more than her students.
