A well-established instructor, and veteran performer of improvisation for the past 30 years. Paul has taught thousands of students an improv technique founded in the theatrical vane of: character, emotion, sense memory, and realism. However…laughs are good too.
Lessons that combine an actor’s technique with a heightened sense of humor, Paul teaches an approach that uses the performer’s natural intelligence, and life experience as a mirror for an audience to look into – seeing themselves in the improvisor’s performance, and finding a connection that elicits a reaction (hopefully laughter), (but not necessarily), (they usually don’t get angry). Anyway, I’m getting off track. Paul’s workshop’s do require a few levels of experience. So, let’s get to it.
