Located in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood,  The Home Theater is the premier venue for improvisational improv comedy performances and studies in Chicago and  boasts a 80-seat (minimum) theater with a bar, a full Training Center, a kitchen, and a separate full service bar that is open 7 days a week.

Led by some of the best and most influential instructors and performers in the field of improvisation of the past 3 decades,  The Home Theater specializes in the teaching of ‘longform’ improv comedy and is the new Home of one of the most innovative performance pieces created in Chicago and known around the world: “The Harold”.
